Are you new to Nia or would you like to explore Nia movement forms more deeply?

In this relaxed 2 hour workshop, certified Nia instructor Rusty Dixson will explore Nia's 52 moves with you. She will show you techniques and adaptations allowing you to enjoy Nia at your fitness level.
This will be an active workshop, please wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. Mats are provided.
Nia is normally done in bare feet but if you prefer to wear shoes please feel free to wear clean indoor runners.
